APIs
Turn product APIs on or off for your whole company from Settings, and see which ones follow the platform default.
APIs, under Developer in Settings, is where you enable or disable product APIs for your company. It is a company-wide switch: a change here applies to everyone in the organization, not only to you.
Turn an API on or off
- Open Settings and choose APIs under Developer.
- Find the API. Search APIs… narrows a long list.
- Use its switch to enable or disable it for the company.
The change saves as soon as you make it, with API updated to confirm. If it cannot be saved the app says Could not save the change. Please try again.
Each API also shows its current account value, Account: On or Account: Off. An API you have never changed follows the platform’s setting and is marked Default.
When the list reads No APIs are available for your account yet., none have been made available to your company.
